The Sherwood School District is requesting pricing to provide and install new wireless access points and fiber optic backbone for their NEW Sherwood High School Project. The proposer will need to provide separate line items for wireless access points and fiber optic backbone. The quantity indicated above is not in feet and the WAP quantity is estimated. Drawings and specifications for the project are attached for determining and verifying quantities required to supply and install a complete system. A scheduled, non-mandatory walk-through date can be found in the attached RFP.
The bidding procedures will comply with Chapter 125 Division 247 and Chapter 137 Division 47 out of the Oregon Attorney General's model public contract rules manual, current adoption. The Proposal and all required submittal items, as well as any modification or withdrawal of a Proposal, must be received by the SPC on or before Closing. Original or modified Proposals received after Closing are considered late and non-responsive and will be returned unopened or destroyed. Proposer is solely responsible for ensuring its Proposal is received by the SPC in accordance with the RFP requirements. The District is not responsible for any delays in mail or by common carriers or by transmission errors or delays or mistaken delivery. A Proposal submitted by any means not authorized will be rejected. The Proposal may be hand-delivered, or submitted through the mail or via parcel carrier, and must be clearly labeled as provided in Section 1.3 and submitted in a sealed envelope, package or box. Proposals will be accepted during the District’s normal Monday-Friday business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, except during District holidays and other times when the District office is closed.
